FAQs
We work with children of all ages who need support with speech sound production and overall clarity. Recommendations are based on each child's developmental readiness and individual needs.
We specialize exclusively in speech sound disorders, meaning we help children who have difficulty saying certain sounds clearly—such as leaving sounds out, saying them incorrectly, or having a lisp. This focused approach allows for a higher level of precision, attention, and personalization than is typically possible in larger or insurance-based settings.
The first step is a speech evaluation, where we take a close look at your child's speech sounds. From there, we'll discuss whether therapy is recommended and create a personalized plan together.
If your child is difficult to understand, continues to make the same speech sound errors, or you've been told to “wait and see" but still have concerns, an evaluation can provide clarity and peace of mind.
We are a private-pay practice. This model allows us to provide highly individualized care without the limitations often imposed by insurance. We are happy to provide a superbill upon request; however, submission to insurance and any reimbursement are the responsibility of the family and are not guaranteed, as coverage varies by plan.
Session frequency is determined after the evaluation and based on your child’s individual needs. Recommendations are tailored to support steady, meaningful progress.
